EMPLOYEES RELATIONSHIP

We care for morality and talents which has become the principle requirement of hiring employees. No discrimination, treated equally and fairly, we almost seek for the most suitable and talented people. We apply fair labor practices and respect the Labor Laws that were introduced by the People's Republic of China on January 1, 2008. All employees are provided with the following insurance plans: basic pension, medical, unemployment, maternity and job-related insurance.

  • Training
    Employees are the essential of Ming Fai development. We own over 5000 employees under our management. We care for education and improvement of our employees, that’s why Ming Fai Group has established Training Committee in 2008 with variety of training methods, including taking videos of training classes, on site speech, video training etc. Also Ming Fai Group has invested nearly one million in organizing senior management to take lessons of management method in The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and another million in Qsinghua University Seminar for both middle and senior management to fulfill the demand of manpower. At the same time, we have working knowledge training for every department every now and then which will not only improve the technical skills of employees and competitiveness of our company, also we devote ourselves to make contribution to society and company development.
  • Health and Safety
    Ming Fai Group has officially attained The Occupational Health and Safety Management System OHSAS18001:2007. Furthermore, Ming Fai Group has been certified with DNV which fully express our concern for health and safety of our employees.
  • Corporate Culture Committee
    Ming Fai Group has established Corporate Culture Committee in 2009 which has four institution under its control:behavior culture, recognition culture, system culture and spiritual culture aiming at to enhance the sense of belonging of our employees and promote the cohesive force in enterprise.
  • Employee Relationship Department
    Ming Fai Group has established Relationship Department which has already became a main channel for popular wishes through conversazione, mailbox and hot line for employees.
  • Commission of Medical Aid Foundation
    In June 2005, Ming Fai has established "Commission of Medical Aid Foundation" to raise funds and donations to support employees who's suffering from diseases and serious illness. Up to date, the “Commission of Medical Aid Foundation” has established for over 6 years and has already helped numerous employees to pass through their difficulties and had recovered rapidly with Ming Fai's support and care.
    Diversity is encouraged in every aspect of our workplace, which means that unlawful workplace conduct, discrimination, intimidation or harassment is not tolerated. We concern about our employees' health and well being and believe it will help to promote a better working environment. To further promote, our factory workers can have their activities in residential campus which offers fine dining and it can access to a wide variety of extra curricular activities, including sports, training classes, and KTV parties in special occasions. They have safety training regularly in all aspects from production; they can learn and understand the procedures used in case there is fire accident and injury at work or other emergency. Our self published newsletter is regularly issued which provides a platform for discussions and raises awareness in health.
