Third Annual China Hotel Purchase and Supply Congress: Ming Fai Awarded with “China Hotel’s Most Valuable Innovation Product 2011” and “The Most Competitive Brand of China Hospitality Industry 2011”

The Third China Hotel Purchase and Supply Congress was held on November 24th in Hangzhou, China. Ming Fai was awarded with the “China Hotel’s Most Valuable Innovation Product 2011” for our new environmentally friendly product lineup as well as an award for “The Most Competitive Brand Of China Hospitality Industry 2011”. Ming Fai’s Executive Director Alex Liu was a guest speaker at the event as well as attending the meeting and accepting the awards.

During his speech, Director Liu prepared a speech “The Path to the Development of an Enterprise” discussing the development of an enterprise in the hospitality industry by finding competitive advantages and strengthening core competition, as well as making innovation and extension through focusing on the core brand values establishing corporate culture through effective management. Director Liu emphasized the importance of corporate culture by pointing out that, the reason for a successful corporation is that it manages to succeed in making quality products to the world and being good to its staff. In the end, the construction of a successful company is reliant on employee management.
