A delegation from Hong Kong Hospitality Industry Training and Development Centre, Chinese Cuisine Training Institute visited Ming Fai on October 25, 2008.

During this visit, Ming Fai showed its manufacturing facilities to the visitors such R&D department, the water purified system, dust free filling workshop, online Quality Control inspection, packaging department, warehousing, etc. They were quite impressed in Ming Fai's quality and safe tracking system and highly praised our success in recent years.

Ming Fai presented its newly developed eco-friendly products that are made from Plastarch material. The group did an experiment by burning a PSM comb; the result has shown that the comb has no effluent gas or waste residual discharged through the burning process and only non-toxic smoke was emitted in the experiment. Mr. Scott Leonard, Hotel Operations & Training manager, gave a high praise on Ming Fai's dedication on environmental protection.

At the end of the factory tour, Mr. Scott made a comment saying "Ming Fai has given us a profound impression and is a reliable leading hotel amenities supplier in the world."
