The current financial crisis has well turned to be the most devastating since the Great Depression. The global economy remained pessimistic for upcoming 2009. In that case, executive ability comes more important to many enterprises. Ming Fai's Executive Ability training was successfully held on December 6, 2008 and all important leadership attended this training. The training consisted four major sessions: What is Executive Ability, How to Establish Executive Ability culture, Weakness in the existing Executive Management, and How to improve Executive Ability.
The entire training was carried through the group discussion, and focused on the practical executive ability analysis. During the group discussion, attendees shared their ideas and comments based on their daily experience. Consolidated all information, we came up with a conclusion "A good corporation needs good company culture. We need to develop this executive behavior to motivating others, working effectively with others in teams, focusing on results, and developing and supporting subordinates. We should insist on ‘Do what we have said and promised!'
