Brainstorm is an important magic weapon in Ming Fai's development. It is focused on the wisdom of the masses from everyone of Ming Fai. 2008 Ming Fai Group Brainstorm Conference was ceremoniously held in Castfast Hotel, Dongguan, Guangdong province on December 13th, 2008. This session was chaired by Mr. Paul NG, the superior consultants of Ming Fai. The Chairman, Mr. Ching chi Fai, Board of Directors: CC. Ching, Winnie Chan, Tony Ching, Alex Lau, John Lee; and all important leadership attended this great event.

In the first session, Mr. Paul NG analyzed the current economic situation and pointed out the opportunities and challenges our industry has to face under the impact of the financial Crisis. All directors from Marketing Department, Human Resource Department, Financial Department, and Production Department reported their Master plan of 2009 and shared their upcoming working objectives. During the panel discussion, each group listed their opportunities and challenges from the market shrink, strict laws and regulations. This interactive discussion allowed the attendees to share their comments and feedbacks.

In the approaching 2009, we should take full advantage of a favorable turn co-exist with the crisis, challenges and opportunities. To be initiative and creative, this Brainstorm Conference exploits Ming Fai into good situation of professional, innovative, solidarity and cooperation.
