Proud of our ongoing efforts to become a greener hotel amenities supplier - MING FAI obtained European Union ECO LABEL certification

As the hospitality industry are becoming more aware of the environmental concerns, the demand for eco-friendly amenity products have dramatically increased. Many hotel amenities suppliers in China proclaim their amenities are eco-friendly and 100% natural ingredient and materials are used. Are those really the real eco-friendly products? There are a few characteristics to determine whether the product is eco-friendly. First, the product is made from recycled and reused resources; second, the product has the ability to recycle and reusable; and last is able to reduce the impact to the environment. Consumers need a scheme to help identify which ones are considered GREEN products.

European Union ECO LABEL is a labeling system that makes consumers easier to choose green products and helps to identify products which are less harmful to the environment compare with equivalent brands. EU ECO LABEL covers the whole life cycle of the product which includes from choosing raw materials, through manufacture, through distribution, use by consumers and disposal of the product. Companies or market products who meet EU ECO LABEL criteria can have their products ecolabelled and "ECO LABEL" flower will be indicated on the product.
